The process of teaching in pedagogy, its goals and tasks

This is the essence of the process of teaching in pedagogy

The teaching process in pedagogy is designedto intensify the activities of students, to maximally promote that their creative abilities are revealed. It is characterized by two-sidedness: on the one hand, a teacher participates in it, which explains the material and plays a leading role in teaching, on the other hand, students who acquire new knowledge. There is no doubt that this process will be effective only if the instructor and the trainees actively interact with each other.

Two-sidedness as a feature of the learning processplays a leading role, because mastering knowledge provides for the cooperation of teachers and students, in the process of which new information is assimilated, skills and skills are developed, and the creative inclinations of pupils are brought up and developed.

However, although the process of teaching in pedagogy andprovides interaction between the teacher and students, but to obtain a solid and in-depth knowledge of one cooperation is not enough. It is necessary to think over how to organize the educational and cognitive activity of students, to constantly activate and stimulate it. It often happens that the teacher, during the explanation, is forced to make a comment to the students, failing to arouse interest in the material being studied and, thus, not causing the children to strive for mastering new knowledge. In this case, the effectiveness of training will not bring.

Attention should also be paid to this feature. If during the interaction of the teacher and students in the learning process, direct contacts are provided, how then to be with homework, which is an important part of domestic education. In this case, it is hardly possible to talk about cooperation and interaction. Therefore, the process of teaching in pedagogy should be built with the help of such methods that it stimulates and activates the students' learning and cognitive activity in the process of mastering new knowledge, acquiring new skills, developing their creative inclinations, moral-aesthetic views and worldview.

The tasks facing the learning process

The foregoing allows us to formulate the most important tasks of the learning process:

- a clear and thoughtful organization of the activities of the trainees in the process of mastering scientific knowledge, acquiring new skills;

- constant stimulation of cognitive and educational activity of pupils;

- work on the development of memory, thinking, creative abilities;

- the formation of a scientific view of the world, moral and aesthetic education;

- work on improving the skills acquired during training.

Thus, the tasks of the learning processare the result of a profound understanding by the teacher of the goals that are set for training or education, as well as the conditions and ways by which they will be implemented in practice.

The learning process is a system that has integrity

The learning process as a system consists of the followingcomponents: the purpose of training, the activities of the teacher, the activities of the trainees, the end result. To the variable terms of this process belong control means: this is the content of the material being studied, and the methods used in the learning process, and visual, educational, technical aids, textbooks (material means), TSS, and organizational forms of training that represent the learning activity of students.

Learning objectives and their final resultprovide links and interdependence of learning tools - both permanent and variable. They create unity and integrity, which have the properties of integration and are subject to general educational goals, which provide for the preparation of the younger generation for active life and activity in the conditions of modern society. The unifying element of all these components is the joint coordinated activity of teaching and learning, the necessary component of which is communication.

Therefore, the learning process as a system has a closeconnection with the concepts of complexity and integrity. It consists of many elements that are closely connected with each other: educational information, goals, means of communication between the teacher and students, the forms and methods by which the management of all activities of students is carried out.

The most important and reliable way thatallows you to get a systematic education, is training. The process of teaching in pedagogy is a close cooperation between the learner and the learner, which is aimed at achieving the goal set for learning, and is intended to result from the transformation of the personal qualities of students.
