- yeast dough (or whatever your heart desires) - 1 kg;
- potato - 500 grams;
- minced pork - 300 grams;
- minced beef - 300 grams (you can just take 600 grams mixed);

First we make stuffing. To do this, finely chop the onions and garlic, mix it with minced meat. Salt is dissolved in a small amount of water (about 2 tablespoons), pour the same pepper. And all this is poured into minced meat. That's all, do not add anything else.
Now take the dough for the pie with meat, divide it into two unequal parts. The smaller part is put aside, but with the most part we start working. Roll it out
first on a table, sprinkled with flour, thenWe put it on a sheet, oiled, and continue rolling. We need the dough to hang slightly from the sides of the sheet. The layer should be even, the excess dough should be removed. Then we cut the potatoes with plastics and lightly salt it, but keep in mind that the mince you also salted. After potatoes, you can make another layer with rings of chopped onions. Then we spread the minced meat as evenly as the potatoes. Now take the remainder of the dough and roll it out quite thinly, the width of the second layer should not be more than 2-4 mm, otherwise the top layer will be too thick. The size of the layer should be exactly on the sheet. We put it on top with minced meat, the lower edges hanging from the edges are applied to it and fastened together. We check whether we have fastened the edges well, it is very important. Otherwise, all the juice from the pie will be on the baking sheet. Now we make on the lid of the cake, pulling the dough, a few small holes. And in them, also pulling the dough, so as not to get up, pour sunflower oil. At least 5 tablespoons.
Tips for baking
We place the cake in a slightly heated oven. Stove at a temperature of not more than 180 degrees. The pie is baked for 30-40 minutes. When you get the cake out of the oven, the surface should be slightly sprinkled with water (do not overdo it). Then it should be covered with a towel for 20 minutes.
