To many, it seems that in order to cooka beautiful and delicious dessert, you need a lot of exquisite ingredients and a lot of time, however, in practice everything turns out to be much easier. The main thing is that you have at hand cream with sugar. Based on this ingredient, you can prepare light, quick and delicious desserts at the same time. We offer you some very simple recipes that you can pamper yourself and unexpectedly unexpected guests.

Strawberries with whipped cream

To make a strawberry with whipped cream you will need:

• 250 grams of strawberries

• one tablespoon of sugar, or better than powdered sugar

• 50 g cream

Cooking process:

1. First, wash the strawberries well and clean them from the stems. Let's dry it.

2. Put the strawberries in a crockery or a glass and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

3. Then whip the cream with sugar (take a small amount of sugar) and add to the crockery,

4. Dessert can be slightly decorated with cubes of strawberries.

Advice:

- for dessert it is better to take large and ripe berries;

- If you take ready-made cream in cylinders, then you do not need to add powdered sugar.

Puff pastry with whipped cream

To prepare this dessert you will need:

• one package of a yeast-free dough

• approximately 100g cream (35% fat content)

• a little powdered sugar

• coconut chips

• vegetable oil

Cooking process:

1. At room temperature, you need to defrost the dough.

2. Then divide it into two identical layers.

3. Both layers are lubricated with oil and carefully rolled out so as not to disrupt the structure of the dough.

4. Now cut the dough into identical strips, about 2 cm wide. From two layers you will get about 10 ribbons.

5. Then the special molds for the tubes are wound with a ribbon starting from the narrowest point.

6. Put the tubes on a baking sheet and bake at a temperature of approximately 200 degrees, for 20 minutes.

7. Whip the cream with sugar (preferably sugar powder) to get a thick mass.

8. Fill the prepared tubes with whipped cream. You can fill up with a special confectionery syringe, or you can cut a hole in a normal bag.

9. Top with cream sprinkled with coconut shavings and a little sugar powder.

Strawberry mousse

To prepare mousse you will need:

• 300 g of strawberries

• 5 eggs

• 300 ml cream (33% fat content)

• 300 g of sugar

• 20 g of gelatin

Cooking process:

1. First we separate the proteins from the yolks (it is necessary that the proteins are cold), and then whisk them into a foam.

2. Whip the cream with sugar (take a very small amount of sugar)

3. Pour gelatin with a little warm water and wait until it dissolves.

4. Strawberries need to be washed well, dried and grinded with sugar. A homogeneous mass must come out.

5. Then we put the fried strawberries on the fire and wait until it boils.

6. In the meantime, whisk the yolks and slowly pour into strawberry syrup, while stirring the syrup.

7. Then slowly add protein foam and remove the syrup from the fire.

8. Now you can enter whipped cream with gelatin and gently mix.

9. Lay out the mousse obtained in the crockery and put in the fridge so that it stays a little frozen.

10. You can serve such mousse with biscuit or with some dessert drink.

Whipped cream with fruit

For cooking, you will need:

• two glasses of cream (35% fat)

• half a glass of powdered sugar

• any berries

• vanilla

Cooking process:

1. Take cold cream and whisk them with sugar and vanilla until thick.

2. In the kremanku we put the berries on our own discretion (the ideal variant of strawberries, kiwi, bananas, however, you can take other berries and fruits for the season), top spread the whipped cream.

3. In the end, decorate a small number of berries, cut into small cubes. You can also tarnish with grated chocolate.

4. Serve immediately after preparation.
